By registering an account with ThaiBo, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Thailand, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.

You must be at least 20 years of age (Thai legal age of majority) to use this service. You must not be a resident of any restricted jurisdictions as defined by the SEC Thailand.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

In accordance with AMLO and SEC regulations, all users must complete the identity verification process. You agree to provide accurate and current information. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that provide false information.

4. Trading and Fees

Trading digital assets involves significant risk. You acknowledge that ThaiBo is not responsible for any market volatility or losses incurred. Trading fees are deducted automatically as specified in our Fee Schedule.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility.

6. Termination of Service

ThaiBo reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
